The girls super polite and able to help! Also wifi works well.
The room and bathroom dirty, no water to drink and they came to the room for fix something when we were sleeping.

The staff was nice and there is a nice garden
It looked like the bathrooms weren't cleaned for a long time. I told the staf, but nothing happend during my stay(only one night). Maybe they found time to clean it by now. The rooms are all conected with each other, very strange. I was with two friends, but nobody else was there. So no social hostel. I couldn't refill my waterbottle

i spent 3 days staying here, It was really amazing with comfy bed and SUPER nice staffs who helped me a lot. during night time, there is always a security guy so it is totally safe to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ..

Great value for money and the nicest staff
The staff was superbly nice and helpful, the hostel had a restaurant on the ground level open from 9am to 8pm with cheap and good food and we paid a bargain for our room. There was a security guy that stayed there over night and overall we felt very safe there at all times. It was close to Ubud Centre by scooter and had mini market, atm and scooter rental within walking distance.
The rooms were kinda all interconnected and we had to go through some of them to reach the shared bathroom. When we stayed there it wasn't busy, so luckly we didn't have anyone coming throught our room. We couldn't lock our door (supposedly a private 2 beds room) but there was a little lockable cupboard for us to put our valuables. Also, they could use some proper blankets (I was fine but my wife had to put on a sweater to sleep).
